Job Stress And Organizational Support Perceptions Of Healthcare Professionald During COVID-19

The aim of this study was to determine job stress and organizational support perceptions healthcare professionals during COVID-19. This conducted with 185 working in a training research hospital Istanbul between May-June 2020 serving as pandemic hospital. Data were collected using the Information Form, Job Stress Scale, Perceived Organizational Support Scale. Of professionals, 75 (40,54%) physicians 110 (59,46%) nurses. average age participants 32,28±8,82, professional experience period 9,38±8,66 years. It determined that workers increase, work decreases perceived score increases; female those outpatient intensive care units is higher; higher among at night shifts male professionals. also increases, decreases. In COVID-19 pandemic, ability provide quality good management process related their physical emotional conditions.
